This is a stop-flow device designed with a thin optical path direction to enable measurements of stop-flow kinetics at synchrotron facilities (especially small-angle scattering beamlines) and commercially available circular dichroism spectrometers. It can also be used for protein folding experiments, and its mixing efficiency is unmatched by competitors. The dedicated controller allows for manual control of valve switching, mixing initiation, and external control. We provide observation cells and base adapters tailored to your application.
